How ordering works
- 1. Request your selection.Add your cuts and quantities to the cart, then submit a preorder request. In the request notes, include your full delivery address, apartment or unit, city, ZIP code, and delivery date.
- 2. We confirm the details.We review availability, final weights, your delivery zone, the fastest available route, and the applicable fee. We confirm your total and ask before making substitutions.
- 3. Pay securely.After approval, we send an itemized invoice with a secure Shopify payment link. Pay within 24 hours of your invoice to confirm your order.
Submitting a request does not take payment or confirm a delivery slot. Final pricing reflects confirmed weights and any agreed delivery fee.
Delivery fees & minimums
Order minimums are based on straight-line distance from our Los Angeles dispatch location in ZIP code 90057. The fees below are starting estimates; your final delivery fee is based on the distance of the fastest available driving route, taking traffic conditions into account.

Minimums apply to the meat subtotal after discounts, before tax and delivery fees. Delivery fees are confirmed before payment. Dedicated trips require a separate quote.
Flexible delivery windows. Better delivery fees.
Your delivery fee may be reduced or waived, depending on your order and traffic conditions. We consider traffic when scheduling delivery windows to help keep fees as low as possible.
We do our best to accommodate every guest’s preferred delivery time. For deliveries of 5 miles or more, a requested window during peak traffic may carry an additional fee. Any adjustment will be included in your delivery quote and confirmed before payment.
Beyond 15 miles, meeting the $350 minimum does not automatically confirm delivery. We review your address and provide a delivery quote before payment.
Preorder cutoff & delivery schedule
Preorder requests close at noon Pacific two days before the scheduled delivery date. For the October 20, 2026 delivery, submit your request by Sunday, October 18 at noon Pacific.
Delivery availability, your applicable zone, and the final total are confirmed before payment. We coordinate your delivery window after confirmation.

Returns & exchanges
Items are immediately vacuum sealed and refrigerated after processing. Due to items being perishable, we will not take items back unless specifically requested.
You have 30 minutes upon receiving your order to report any mistakes or bad products. Pictures of the item may be required.
A credit will be offered for the next delivery, and the amount cannot be used toward the delivery fee.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim at our discretion.
